The service

only4you ("the Service") is an AI-powered chat companion app operated by NovaAI Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service may contain content suitable only for adults, including suggestive imagery and sensual conversation. The Service does not depict explicit sexual acts, minors, or any party without consent.

AI-generated content

Mia is a fictional character generated by AI. Conversations, photos, and any other content produced by the Service are synthetic — no real person is depicted, contacted, or paid for the interactions. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon for emotional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Subscriptions and refunds

• One-time and recurring purchases are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled via the in-app "Manage subscription" link.
• Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Contact chat@only4you.ai within 7 days of purchase.
• Your unique access token is the sole proof of access. Lost tokens cannot be recovered without proof of purchase (email used at checkout or last 4 digits of the card).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to generate content involving minors, non-consenting parties, or real identifiable individuals
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its AI outputs
• Share your access token publicly or transfer it without authorization

Violations result in immediate token revocation without refund.

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaAI Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
